Entry Fee $20 per tournament PeeWee Entry Fee $12 - Age 8 and under (5 holes only) All tournaments held at: |
| One caddie (age 14 or older) per player
permitted. No spectators permitted on the course. Players
are expected to report to the starter at least 20 minutes in advance of
their assigned tee time. Failure to report on time may result in
disqualification. Play will start and/or continue in the event of
light rain. Weather cancellation decisions will be made at the
course on the day of play. Players who fail to report for any
reason will forfeit their entry fee. No refunds. The entry
deadline for each tournament is the Sunday prior to the tournament
date. Acceptance of late entries cannot be guaranteed.
Please keep a copy of this form for reference - you will not receive a
confirmation. You may call the course at 973-283-0888 Mon-Fri
between 9:00-4:00 to confirm your entry. Starting times for each
tournament will be posted on www.glenwildgreens.com by the Tuesday prior
to each tournament. |
